In The CCC you play as a team of experts called in to handle 'events' where the public comes into contact with the supernatural. Scientists, elite military operators, academics, police, whatever the background you were chose because you have a needed skill, and have previously exposed to the supernatural.

You are a believer who has been tasked with being a skeptic, an expert, and pest control all rolled into one.
